This module supports central definition and maintenance of questionnaires that identify and assess any risk, both qualitatively (Company-level Control Self Assessment) and quantitatively (Self Assessment). These features can equally well be used for any type of questionnaire-based assessment i.e. business continuity, corporate governance, internal/external audit, SOx-specific, compliance, business or IT risk, legal, etc. Questionnaires can be answered in a centralized workshop or they can be sent to decentralized assessors in a fully workflow-controlled manner. Evaluation of results/answers is handled by freely definable scoring formulas. The assessment functionality is based on the same, core organizational, process and risk structure defined in the rest of the application. This enables direct comparison of Assessment results with risk monitoring and the loss data per area. Quantitative Assessment features can also be seamlessly integrated into the quantification of capital process and functionality. |
