Administration

This module is a pre-requisite and forms the core of the entire product, both technically and from a business logic perspective. It includes all functions for system maintenance and user administration and for definition of structures like the organization, products and processes. All global settings are defined in General Maintenance and are available to and in all other modules. These core settings have to be captured only once and are immediately available in all modules: Features Capture the firm's organizational structure Manage user settings and languages Build the process structure of the firm Create generic process steps Define products Manage Business Lines (Basel II or any) Map organizational Business Lines Map structure to processes and products Define countries Define of the currencies Maintain all structures Audit trail of all structures Log messages Maintain calculation mode Bundle user privileges to user roles Administer user accounts Define insurance settings
